Cindy Barrera is a Vice President of Business Development with Frost Wealth Advisors. She joined Frost in 2016 and has been in the financial industry for 26 years. Cindy has earned the Certified Wealth Strategist designation and the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation. She also holds her Texas General Lines for Life, Accident, Health and HMO and Property and Casualty insurance licenses. Cindy uses over 25 years of experience and expertise in asset and portfolio management, financial planning, family governance, business succession planning and other wealth management issues to advise and serve her clients. She also has a passion for providing financial literacy and ongoing financial education to clients, students at local schools and universities, as well as professional groups at local, state, and national meetings and conferences.
In addition to her work at Frost, Cindy is committed to serving the community where she has grown up. Currently, she is the Chair Elect for the United Corpus Christi Chamber of Commerce. She 2024, she was appointed to the Board of the Pink Connection and to the American Cancer Society Central South Texas Area Board (currently the only representative on the board from South Texas). Cindy also served as a 2024 Co-Chair for Cattle Barons Ball “Viva La Cure” benefiting the American Cancer Society, raising almost $900,000. One of her favorite recent accomplishments is serving as the Committee Chair for Lemonade Day of the Coastal Bend where over five hundred students in the Coastal Bend took part in Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurial lessons and hosted Lemonade Stands throughout the community. She is also an active volunteer for the Triumph Over Kid Cancer Foundation.
Cindy has previously served as the Chairwoman of the Nueces County Development Commission, appointed by former Nueces County Judge, Barbara Canales. In 2023, she was Chairwoman of the United Corpus Christi Chamber of Commerce Diversity and Inclusion Committee. She has also had previous appointments to the Corpus Christi Independent School District Advisory Council, CCISD’s District of Innovation Committee and the Corpus Christ Police Department Reorganization Team. She has previously served on Corpus Christi Education Foundation Executive Board, Veterans Memorial HS Volleyball Booster Club Board, Del Mar College Foundation Board, Corpus Christi Chapter of the Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas Board, Robert Wilson PTA Board and Kaffie Middle School PTA Board, Cindy has also previously chaired committees for the Texas State Aquarium and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. She has been a longtime volunteer for the American Cancer Society.

Cindy’s proudest accomplishment is being a mother to her two children, Ashleigh (24) who is a Community Representative for Frost Bank in San Antonio and Luke (12) who is a 7th grader at Kaffie Middle School and a member of the Golf Team. She is also a dog mom to her two Golden Retrievers, Luna, and Rey. Her second proudest accomplishment is being a 16-year cancer survivor, an annual milestone that she always looks forward to celebrating.

Sabrina Gutierrez, a proud Corpus Christi native, is a devoted wife, mother and licensed Realtor with Mirabal Montalvo & Associates. Analissa Montalvo is a native of Corpus Christi, Texas, and a graduate of Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi. She is a dedicated real estate professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. Today, Analissa operates Montalvo Appraisals LLC, as a licensed Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser where she is the sole proprietor. She is also a licensed REALTOR affiliated with Mirabal Montalvo & Associates, a family-run brokerage where her husband, Gino Montalvo, is also a licensed REALTOR.
As a designated member of several esteemed appraisal organizations, including the Association of Texas Appraisers and the National Association of Appraisers, Analissa is committed to continual learning to serve her clients effectively. Her passion for community service is evident in her role as a board member of the Pink Connection, a compassionate nonprofit organization dedicated to providing emergency funds to those affected by breast cancer in her community. When she is not immersed in her professional or community service roles, Analissa cherishes creating lasting memories with her husband, their two children, Giana and Gino, and friends.
Kim is originally from East Tennessee and resided in Phoenix, Arizona over 20 years before moving to Corpus Christi in 2019. She and her husband, David have loved making Padre Island their home. She is an alumnus of The University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Health Promotion & Health Education. Her career has primarily focused on Maternal and Child Health. Served as grants administration, program management, and implementation at state non-profits such as the Arizona and East Tennesee Chapters of The March of Dimes, Arizona American Academy of Pediatrics, Arizona Association of Community Health Centers, Arizona Office of Problem Gambling/ 1-800-NEXT-STEP, Arizona Inter-Tribal Council, and Arizona Alliance of Rural Women’s Health Networks. Real estate became Kim’s passion in 2020 upon moving to The Coastal Bend. She joined the brokerage of Coldwell Banker Pacesetter Steel. Was awarded Rookie of The Year in 2022 and Multi-Million Dollar Top Producer in subsequent years. Volunteering, supporting, and giving back through The Pink Connection to breast cancer patients is paramount.
